Molding process: DCPD-RIM molding, with dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) as the main material, using reactive injection molding (RIM), in a very short time to produce a large number of or complex shape thermosetting crosslinking polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) resin products. At present, the DPCD two-component commodity resins used abroad are mainly PENTAM, METTON, TELEN, etc., and the DCPD two-component commodity resins used in China are mainly produced by Dacheng Purui Company.
Product application: PDCPD products formed by DCPD-RIM have good comprehensiveness. Widely replace engineering plastics, FRP, etc., manufacturing large equipment decoration and outer cover parts.
